Securing your booking
To secure your preferred dates, please call first on 01377 288 122 or 07717 764 750 to check availability.
Your booking can then be secured with a cheque deposit of £25 per room (or pod) per night. We won’t ask you to pay the balance (by cash or cheque) until you leave. Although deposits are not refundable, they can be used in part payment for an alternative stay up to twelve months after the date of your original booking. Please note that if you need to cancel your booking within 72 hours of your arrival date, we’ll need you to pay the balance of your total reservation.
Local services
Pocklington (6 miles) is our nearest town where you’ll find shops, a doctor’s surgery, chemist, dentist, banks and a garage. There is also a garage at Fridaythorpe (4 miles).
The small print
Our rates are per room (or pod) per night and include breakfast and VAT at the current rate. Any little extras like champagne, cakes, chocolate, flowers or groceries for the Eco Pods are payable separately. Our rates quoted are correct for the dates and number of guests shown and changes to the number of guests, dates or number of nights might affect these prices.
If your chosen dates are not available, we will happily suggest alternative local accommodation for you to book directly.
Check-in at Greenwick Farm is between 4pm and 6pm on the day of your arrival (please contact us if you need to arrange check-in outside these times) and we ask you to vacate your room by 10:30am on the day of your departure.
On your arrival, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our fire evacuation routes and procedures. Your well-being is very important to us.
Although it’s never happened, please be aware that we reserve the right to terminate (without refund or compensation) the booking of any guests whose behaviour causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. As you would expect, we ask guests to pay for any breakages, damage or loss caused to Greenwick Farm.
Apart from death or personal injury caused by our failure, any liability to guests is limited to the price of the booking.
Finally, for the complete relaxation of all our guests, the house and grounds at Greenwick Farm are non-smoking areas. For the same reason, we regret that we are unable to welcome dogs (you’ll find the nearest kennels six miles away at Pocklington).
