Greenwick Farm is a Victorian property in a rural location and we regret that it is unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

Gardens and Grounds

Parking is available within 20 yards of the house and, apart from a single step into the porch, there is level access to the ground floor areas, guest lounge and dining room.

A York stone patio with tables and chairs is available for guest use at all times. The lawned  garden has shrub borders, woodchip paths and wooden sleeper steps leading to terraced borders and seating.

The Eco Pods

Our Eco Pods include a sleeping area and a spacious en-suite shower room. Each pod has a small raised decking area to the front. There is level access to the outdoor dining and BBQ areas.

The House

Access to all bedrooms is via a flight of stairs. All bedrooms are furnished with short-pile carpet and include a sofa or easy chair, bedside lamps and TV with remote control.

The Thixendale Suite has two windows and twin beds which can be zipped together to form a super-king-sized bed. The bath is acrylic and has a shower over. A non-slip floor mat is provided.

The Millington Room has one window, a double bed and a large en-site bathroom accessed via four, 7” high steps. The bathroom floor is non-slip and an anti-slip mat is provided in the deep, roll top bath, which has a shower attachment.

The Givendale Room has two windows. The en-site shower room includes a non-slip floor and large corner shower enclosure with anti-slip mat.

Emergency Evacuation

In the unlikely y event of a fire or other emergency, exit is via the front and side doors. Full instructions about emergency evacuation are available in all bedrooms.
